Looking for a meal that’s both delicious and quick? This 10-minute gyro salad is your ticket to a vibrant, fresh, and healthy dish filled with lots of vegetables! It’s perfect for a busy lunch or dinner, giving you that zesty flavor of Greek cuisine without the lengthy cooking time.

Tips for Making Your Gyro Salad
  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Chop all your ingredients then combine in a bowl. If using a knife takes too much time, consider investing in a veggie chopper. They're simple and effective.

  2. Mix and Match: In a large bowl, combine your greens and chopped veggies. Toss in the sliced gyro meat and sprinkle with feta cheese for that traditional flair.

  3. Dressing it Up: Top this salad off with a scoop of tzatziki, hummus or a greek vinaigrette. The nice thing about salads is you can choose your own dressing.

  4. Serve Immediately: Salads are typically best when fresh (unless you prep it in a fashion that keeps liquids off of the lettuce to preserve freshness).
