1 bag steam-able rice
1 can black beans
1/2 lb. shredded rotissaire chicken
1 bag precut fajita veggies
Olive oil and lime juice
Optional toppings (salsa, jalapeños, avocado crema, guacamole, etc.)
Instructions
Prepare rice per instructions on bag. Open beans and rinse and drain in colander. Cut lime into quarters.

Drizzle olive oil in sauté pan and add fajita veggies, top with lime juice and salt and pepper to taste. Sauté for 5-10 minutes.
Place rice in microwave safe bowl with beans mix until combined, microwave for additional 1-2 minutes.
